Hard Hat Galva Expresse is one of four zinc coatings/primers in the Hard Hat range - Galva Expresse offers super fast drying and recoat times

Contains more zinc than most competitors products

More paint per aerosol than competitors products

Based on styrene acrylic resin

Usable down to 0 degrees C

Safer in application, contains no lead or chromate

Supplied as: 6 of 500ml aerosols

Finish: matt grey

68% pure zinc, 1% aluminium in dry paint film

Special nozzle on aerosol to limit over-spraying

Resists 400 hours of salt spray testing (DIN 50021 SS)

Heat resistant to 350 degrees C

Very quick drying - tack free after 5 minutes and can handle after 10 minutes

Recoat within one hour

Recoat with Hard Hat metallic sprays

Theoretical coverage: 1.4 sq m per aerosol

Practical coverage depends on many factors such as porosity and roughness of the substrate
