Orders for FS epoxy coatings, primers and repair materials will normally be delivered in 1 to 2 working days (smaller orders received by 11.30am will normally be delivered the next day, large orders can take a little longer)

Orders for all Rust-Oleum and Mathys products will be despatched on a standard 3 working day delivery. Next day delivery can be arranged for orders received by 11.30am but additional charges will apply.

Orders for our Step-to-Safety nosings, tread covers, flat sheet, fibreglass gratings, tapes, etc will normally be delivered within 2 to 3 working days. If you require products to be pre-drilled and countersunk allow an extra 2 days to be on the safe side.

Orders for Eco-Tiles will normally be delivered within 3 working days.

Orders can be shipped anywhere within mainland UK at the prices shown. For the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Scottish islands additional charges will apply, except for Rust- Oleum and Mathys products. Please phone 01380 831299 for any additional costs.

We will acknowledge receipt of your order and send data and COSHH sheets where applicable by email. On delivery please open any packaging and check that the products are in good order before signing for them. No responsibility can be taken by First Solution for goods damaged in transit or short delivered unless these are reported to the driver on delivery and noted on his paperwork. Individual damaged items should not be accepted. Damages or shortages must be reported to First Solution within 24 hours of delivery.
