First Solution Consultancy was formed in 2003 by Terry Hudson and is based near Westbury in Wiltshire. Terry had previously worked in the resin industry, primarily in project management, for the previous 10 years. Larger blue chip companies within the South West were targeted and we soon built up an impressive portfolio of customers, including companies such as Ryvita, Twinings, Aerocan and Apetito. We worked with several smaller, good quality contractors completing mainly resin flooring projects.

In February 2005 we became a limited company, First Solution Consultancy Limited.

In 2008 we created a sub division "First Solution Supplies" as by this time we were also supplying a number of customers with our own, competitively priced epoxy products and started a website which further increased our sales. At this time we also became a distributor for Rust-Oleum, who are the No 1 manufacturer of specialist paints in the USA. Their range includes "Rust-Oleum", "Mathys" and "Anglo Building Products" and includes a number of innovative market leading products. We have since added our Step-to-Safety GRP anti-slip range and become a distributor for ecotile, the best selling range of interlocking floor tiles.

Our First Solution Supplies website started to look "tired" and in association with Gareth Hudson we created a brand new high tech website with a new branding and a new name, "firstsolutiononline", in 2011. The range of products offered is the same but the new website is much easier to navigate, is much more intuitive than the old one was and more information is readily available on the site.

First Solution Online provide cost effective solutions to your flooring, anti-slip, walling, metal protection and resin roofing requirements. We can also arrange quotations for the application of products by one of our approved applicators.

Our own range of "FS" coatings and repair products offers high quality and ease of use at very competitive prices.

Our Step-to-Safety GRP range consists of a wide range of products, including anti-slip stair treads, anti-slip plate and moulded fibreglass gratings and assists with DDA requirements.

As a Rust-Oleum distributor we offer a wide range of building maintenance products for metal protection, walls, floors and roofs at very good prices. The Rust-Oleum range includes Anglo and Mathys branded products.

We are also a distributor for ecotiles, the market leading range of interlocking floor tiles.

We aim to deliver on time and will give advice on how to use our products to achieve their successful application. We believe that our service is second to none.

Where possible First Solution Online recommend non-solvented products that are not harmful to the environment. Our own FS branded coating and repair products are either 100% solids or water based and do not contain solvents. We request that our clients dispose of empty containers responsibly. Once opened any two pack products should be mixed in order to render them inert prior to disposal. (Unmixed product should be treated as chemical waste, for which special disposal is required.)
